Feedback, Help and Customer Service

Most library branches are closed to support efforts to curb the spread of the COVID-19 virus. You can return your library materials at our drop boxes that are open 24/7 at most branches. You may keep your books and other checked-out items if you don’t want to return them now.

If you have holds, you may use our holds pick-up service and schedule your pick-up time online or they will be held until the pick-up by date indicated in your online account.

No overdue fines will be charged during the closure.
