Community Room Rentals

A variety of rooms are available for rent across the city at most branches to support activities by individuals and groups whose primary purpose is the promotion of cultural, educational and community activities.

Rental fees

* Must provide proof of non-profit status to qualify

The Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will be added to all rental and associated fees.

How to book a room

Due to the closure of the library branches, new rental applications for 2020 dates are not being accepted at this time.
