History

Year	Details
1982	Opened 9 September. Rented premises. Phillip H. Carter, Architect. Library-on-Wheels, established in 1973, merged with the new branch.
2002	Refurbished. Closed 25 June to 9 July.
2007	Hours open per week decreased on 8 January from 42 to 40.
2009	New hours, 14 September. Hours open per week increased to 50.5.
2012	Closed 13 February for installation and state of good repair renovation. Reopened 10 March.
