Hepburn becomes "Supporter of Drew": Speaking at a banquet at Niagara Falls, Ont., last evening, Premier Hepburn declared he was "a real supporter of Col. Drew" in the matter of need for strong national defence measures. Further, he told his listeners that when the time comes for him "to throw down the torch" of office as head of the government there is no one he would rather it should fall to than to the Ontario Conservative leader. Quints will christen liberty ships with water from Niagara. Five champagne bottles are filled with Niagara river water by the mayors of the two cities on opposite side of the Niagara gorge. The bottles will be sent to Superior, Wisconsin, where they will be used by the Dionne quints May 9, to christen five liberty ships named for them. Here are Mayor Stephen A.
