Cindy Fruitman
Cindy brings a wealth of expertise and experience in career management, leadership, transition and recruitment. She has led Career Services departments in both academic and private settings, including George Brown College, CPA Ontario and various career transition firms. Through the delivery of 1:1 coaching, workshop facilitation and organizational consulting, Cindy accelerates clients and organizations to achieve career and business success. Her keen insights help clients achieve greater clarity, connect with their strengths, and translate their goals into positive impact. Cindy firmly believes that a sense of humour, a growth mindset and emotional intelligence are vital ingredients for building resilience in the workplace and beyond. She is dedicated to creating meaningful experiences that impact long term value, individual growth, and positive professional outcomes.

Jennifer Gaudette
Jenn Gaudette is a Certified Career Coach and Health Coach and the founder of Upspring Wellness and Worksapien. She works at the intersection of career and health, and is specialized in finding and creating work, and ways of working, that have health benefits for individuals and organizations. She leverages 20+ years of combined experience in career transition, wellness, human resources and environmental behaviour change to offer a unique approach to personal and professional coaching and mentorship. Her courses, workshops and webinars offer practical strategies and explore a range of topics from changing jobs to changing habits. She is motivated by her mission to “make work healthier” by helping clients realize their potential, find a sense of purpose, articulate a vision for their career, develop skills and take bold action.

Ken Lee
Ken Lee is a Career Education Specialist with the Career & Co-op Centre, Ryerson University where he designs and delivers high impact programming that equips students for careers in a rapidly evolving world. Prior to his journey in higher education, Ken brings experience working in the non-profit sector. His particular focus was guiding individuals in discovering creative ways to achieve their career goals while finding fulfillment, satisfaction and balance in their lives. The developer in him lives to watch the people in his life grow, succeed, and turn their dreams into reality.

Tharsheka Natkunam
Tharsheka currently works for MLSE LaunchPad’s Partnership team as the Coordinator of Programs where she focuses on curriculum development and building community partnerships in sport for development programming for youth in the community. Previously Tharsheka has worked as an Employment Counsellor, supporting the positive development and employment success of youth in the GTA. Tharsheka has had direct experience in working with youth to navigate the employment world with facilitating pre-employment workshops to ensure youth feel ready and advocating to employers to hire young people to offer work experience. Tharsheka has over 6 years of experience working for the non-for profit and health and wellness sectors and a strong passion to support young people to find success in any performance domain.

You can book an appointment up to two weeks in advance. The program will run from Sep 28 to Dec 4, 2020 and from Feb 1 to Apr 9, 2021.
