    Review this Book

  • Kavya, 11, The whole series of Percy Jackson books revolve around Greek Mythology. There is a boy named Percy who is destined to be a hero.He fights his way through all his difficulties. This book has a lot of twists and turns. It's also filled with so many interesting characters like Medusa, the person with snakes for hair.

  • Ayeda, 12, Boston -i've read every book of the Percy Jackson series and they are my FAVORITE SERIES EVER! this is a fictional book, its for fun reading! its not made for a school project! But it still had really intersting information to go with the action! Every book made me stick to it, and i wouldn't want 2 put the book down! if u don't like it, u have no idea wat ur missing, Cuz this series ROCKS! AWESOME JOB RICK RIORDAN!

  • Ayeda, 10 -The Last Olympian- You won't be able to put the last book down if you like humour with serious battles you'll love this book. I couldn't put it down!

  • Macy, 10 -The Titan's Curse was just like a Greek tragedy! (wich is good, considering it's about Greek mythology) it also made you feel like you are in the book. The addition of 2 other powerful half-bloods makes you wonder: who is the demigod in the prophesy? It's got thrills and a great intrigue, you find out more about Kronos, too. You can really relate to the characters! I would recommend it to everybody. You can't put this book down!

  • Daniel, 10 - Cary, North Carolina - I liked The Titan's Curse because it had a plot twist, it was funny, it was adventurous and there were lots of cliffhangers.
I like cliffhangers because they make you want to keep reading the next chapter. At the end of every chapter there is one. It was hard to stop reading because I really wanted to find out what happened next.
I like stories that are adventurous. In this story Percy fights Atlas who was a very powerful Titan. Percy was weak compared to Atlas but was still able to trick him into holding up the sky again.
I like stories that are funny. There were lots of funny chapter names. My three favorites were: The Vice Principal Gets a Missile Launcher, I Have a Dam Problem and I Break a Few Rocket Ships. Another thing I thought was funny was the dialog. For instance when the group was at the Hoover Dam, Zoe said she needed to go to the Dam snack bar. And then everybody else starts making jokes like "Yeah, and I need to go to the dam" this and "the dam" that.
I don't want to tell you what happened but there is a great plot twist at the end of the book that has to do with Nico. You can find out for yourself when you read it.

  • Jane, 10 - I like the Percy Jackson Series a lot.

  • Sophia, 12 - I love this book! It's one of my all-time favourite books. You won't be able to out it down until you finish it. There are so many amazing action scenes and I love the aspect of Greek mythology in the real world. I recomend this book for anyone who likes reading or has read the Harry Potter series.

  • Snehan, 10 - The lightning thief was great. This greek mytholigy story is now in theatres.Zeuses lightning bolt is stolen and Percy Jackson is the suspect.Percy Jackson son of the sea god arrives in camp half blood and is offered a quest to return the lightning bolt to Zeus.Percy has only ten days for his quest before war starts.

  • Evyn, 11 - The lightning thief sucked! The only good part was when the greek gods came in. It's not much help when you're doing a project on Greece!

  • Mary, 11 - Everyone I know like this book. It's REALLY educational if you ask me. It's practically the same thing as Harry Potter. Harry Potter is Percy Jackson, Hermione Granger is Annabeth Chase and Ron Weasley is Grover Underwood. Lord Kronos is Lord Voldemort. Who ever likes Greek mythology will probably like this book.
