Sushi Making Workshop with Chef Sang Kim

In honour of Asian Heritage Month, Toronto celebrity Chef Sang Kim teaches the basics of sushi-making. Participants make sushi rolls using ingredients prepared by the Chef and eat their own creations. A brief history of sushi, its origins and eating etiquette will also be shared. All ages. Drop-in only. Maximum 20 participants. No registration required. No raw fish is used. Ingredients are free of gluten, nuts and dairy.
