Celebrate Family Literacy Month at TPL with author Gordon Korman! Gordon is the author of more than ninety books for kids and teens, most recently "Notorious" and "Level 13: A Slacker Novel."

Gordon will talk about how he literally grew up writing for kids after his Grade Seven English assignment became his first novel, "This Can't Be Happening at Macdonald Hall." It has been a forty-plus-year journey, in which he signed his first contract at thirteen, made his first school author visit at fourteen, and completed his fifth novel before high school graduation.

For children ages 8 and up and their families.

This Family Literacy Month program is generously supported by Friends of the Toronto Public Library, South Chapter.
