Come join mental health clinicians, Tracy Owusu-Gyimah and Kwaku Agyeman, as they explore mental wellness strategies as tools of resilience to address Anti-Black racism. In this workshop for younger adults, we will unpack and review the intersections of anti-black racism and mental health to support Black folks/youth and allies' ability to navigate experiences of Anti-Black racism. It will also be a discussion of mental wellness strategies that can aid you in intentionally attending to your mental health and day-to-day life challenges!
