4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

A bullet journal is a method of personal organization developed by designer Ryder Carroll. A bullet journal can be used for anything and everything. Although we may have emptier schedules and fewer things to plan, one great use for a bullet journal is to use it for self-care. Recording, tracking, and simply the acting of writing things down can help you to prioritize your self-care and to make a healthy habit of it. In this program we will explore a series of trackers, prompts, and lists for your bullet journal that could help improve your self-care!

Participants will learn about bullet journaling, self-care, and healthy practices. Along with getting to stretch their creative muscles through using a bullet journal.
