2020 was a big year for everyone, filled with big issues and even bigger stressors. From historic elections, a global health pandemic, balancing new work-life commitments, and a reckoning for racial justice, last year was very taxying on the mental health of younger adults worldwide. Join our panel of mental health experts as they discuss race, self-care, and managing mental health all while helping participants build resiliency in their own lives.

Panelists:
Nicole D'Souza is a Social Worker working in the children and youth mental health field. She is also a certified yoga instructor and a Trauma-Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator.
Kevin Haynes is a Social Worker in the Substance Abuse Program for African Canadian and Caribbean Youth for the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.
Meghan Watson is a therapist and Managing Director of Bloom Psychology and Wellness.
Moderated by Rahma Hashi, Social Worker with the Toronto Public Library.
