Kombucha is an amazing and naturally fizzy elixir, made with tea and loaded with bio-available probiotics (the good kind of bacteria) and B-vitamins. It's also simple to brew on your own, not to mention cost-effective.

Learn how to brew different flavors of Kombucha at home in this hands-on workshop that also shares the benefits of fermentation and value of probiotics. Taste some samples while learning the benefits and history of fermented foods and drinks.

Space is limited. Registration is required and begins on Tuesday, October 1, at 9:00am in person or by phone.
