Delve into the colourful world of costume play or "cosplay", the ever-popular hobby of dressing up as your favourite comic, television, anime, and video game characters. The program will cover topics such as a brief history of cosplay, how to start cosplaying, and the different events in Toronto where one can cosplay. Participants will also learn about the equipment in North York Central Library's own Creation Loft - such as the 3D Printer and the Vinyl Cutter - that will help both novice and more experienced cosplayers develop and improve their props and outfits.
