Niiwin Mshkikiwak Kendasswin (Four medicines teaching) is an introduction to Anishinaabemowin (Ojibwe language) from the Wasauksing First Nation area. The hour-long teaching covers vocabulary centred on a medicine wheel teaching that is suitable for participants of all ages.

Participants will learn basic vocabulary: 4 colours, 4 directions, 4 medicines, 4 stages of life.

The workshop will be delivered in English. Participants will be able to point to the directions and name them, as well as identify the four colours, The four sacred Anishinaabe medicines, and identify family members in each of the four stage of life.
