Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, this event has been cancelled. While we're working to reschedule as many events as possible, no new dates have currently been determined.


​Relax and re-energize with Laughter Yoga. Through laughter, meditation and easy stretching, our bodies can possibly reduce stress, depression, anxiety and even pain. Practicing Laughter Yoga in a group, we have the opportunity to connect with other people, possibly reducing feelings of isolation and loneliness.

Participants should consider eating only an early or light lunch before they attend this session.
