Find it difficult to lower yourself down to a mat for yoga? Chair yoga is a gentle, whole body exercise taught by instructor, Lori Torchia. Stretch your body and relieve tension, and work on your balance, flexibility and mindfulness in seated comfort. More active seniors or boomers can participate in gentle mat yoga with the same results.
