This class begins with some tension relieving stretches followed by some deep breathing to refresh your lungs. The deep breathing will then be accompanied by soothing mantra meditation followed by mantra meditation with beads. And lastly, you will enjoy meditation with music. You will leave feeling tranquil, happy and relaxed!
