A 4-session course for women of all ages, to inspire and empower them to commit to fitness, nutrition, and spirituality throughout their lives.

Every other THURSDAY, 2:00 to 3:30

Based on Susan Sommers' latest book, Love Your Body...Embrace Your Life! (Balboa Press, 2016).

August 8 - SESSION #1: Get Motivated, Get Passionate, Get Started!
What do you want to achieve through health and fitness and why do you want to achieve your goals?

August 22 - SESSION #2: Goal Setting and Accountability
Who will be on your Accountability Team? Take bigger goals and break them down into smaller, more achievable goals.

September 5 - SESSION #3: Habits, Routines, and Your FIT Action Plan
Track your habits and routines and create a plan with activities to best suit your lifestyle.

September 19 - SESSION #4: Results, Successes, and Endless Possibilities!
Analyze your health, fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle results, create rewards, and set new goals for yourself!
