Mindfulness meditation is highly recommended by many of today?s leading psychologists as a great way to reduce stress, improve mental health and fulfill spiritual needs.

Benjue Meditation is an easy-to-learn, nonsectarian, mindfulness meditation method, that combines the best features from many different Vipassana meditation schools and traditions in southeast Asia and the Chinese Zen meditation. Benjue Meditation uses the bodily movement to generate self-awareness, and keeps it growing through a highly-structured approach.

This workshop will take place over three sessions on Thursday, December 6, Tuesday, December 11, and Thursday, December 13, from 6-8 PM.
