The title is surrounded by a crown with motto "Pro Aris et Focis", and coats of arms for John Cameron (1810-1867, Toronto, businessman and M.L.A.), Robert M. Boucher (d. 1868, Peterborough, judge) and James Wallis (1808-1893, North Monaghan, businessman).
Title page of "The Lakes of Victoria" (Acc. 953-3), ten folios (title, contents and eight views) presented to Mrs John Cameron whose husband was M.L.A. for Victoria, 1858-61.
