Hey Duggee. The balloon badge and other stories!

Summary/Review: Duggee is blowing up balloons for Tino the artistic mouse's birthday. The squirrels are a little worried because Tino can be a bit grumpy! But Duggee persuades them all to go and see Tino and give him a bunch of balloons. But something unexpected happens. Tino starts to float up into the sky! He's having a rather good time until he gets stuck in a tree. It's time for the squirrels to come to his rescue.
