Wushu trained community coach, Andrew Ho, guides this Tai Chi workshop. Learn a brief history of Tai Chi and the five popular families and know the ten principles of Tai Chi Chuan. Learn about Yang's Tai Chi basic footwork and hand movements while improving focus, flexibility, strength and balance while being led thru various Tai Chi Chuan movements.
