Non-profit groups Meeting Rooms and Auditoriums: $20.75/hr
Auditorium - prime location*: $72.65/hr
Commercial Meeting Rooms and Auditoriums: $124.55/hr
Auditorium - prime location*: $140.10/hr
*prime locations are Toronto Reference Library, North York Central Library and Lillian H. Smith.

How to Rent a Room

When you call, a staff member will help you find a room and date and ask you some questions to make sure the facilities are appropriate for your use. A tentative booking is then set. Bookings can be made up to one year in advance.

You will then receive a contract that you must return with payment within 10 calendar days of the tentative booking and with a minimum of two weeks before the first booking to confirm the booking.

Payment for the first booking and any bookings in the current month are due when you return the signed contract. If you have booked for multiple months, payments for those months are due at the beginning of that month.
