Fine for Not Picking Up Your Holds

How Does the Fine Work?

When your hold arrives at the branch for pickup, you have 7 days to pick it up before it expires. It will expire at the end of the day on the 7th day. If you do not pick up your hold or cancel it before it expires, you will be charged $1.00. The charge will appear on your account on the day after the hold expires.
