Missed Holds

Why are these holds displaying?

This feature allows customers to see items they have missed in case they want to place new holds. Two types of missed holds are included:

• Holds that you did not pick up in time
• Holds that expired

The website displays missed holds for the current year plus the previous calendar year.

How can I remove the notices for holds I no longer want?

Unfortunately, you can't remove the notices yourself. Notices for holds that expired in the previous calendar year will be cleared on an annual basis. (For example, all 2010 missed holds will be cleared at the end of 2011)

I missed picking up my holds because I wasn't notified that they had arrived.
