Corporate reports provide a wealth of information. They're available in paper, microfiche and electronic formats.
Annual Reports
- Current annual reports for Canadian companies traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (in paper and electronic format)
- Historical annual reports from the early 1900's and a small selection from the 1800's
- "Canadian Annual Financial Review" TRL 332.6 A55 - based on statements from Canadian public companies. Coverage includes 1901-1903 and 1905-1941.
- "Stockholders and Investors Annual" TRL 332.6 S752 records from about 100 important, joint stock companies listed on the Montreal and Toronto stock exchanges. Coverage includes 1893-1898.
CanCorp Collection of Documents
- Financial statements and other documents about companies filed with the Ontario Securities Commission
- Microfiche versions of pre-1997 documents
- Electronic versions of documents collected since 1997 and called CanCorp Documents - exact copies of Ontario Securities Commission filings of financial tables, graphs, photographs for more than 5,000 leading Canadian companies
- CanCorp Financials (1997-present) - a database covering more than 12, 000 Canadian companies and deriving information from the Financial Post Datagroup and documents filed with securities regulators across Canada. Sources include annual reports, information circulars, prospectuses and audited annual financial statements.
- Compact Disclosure SEC - a CD-ROM database with information on more than 12,000 publicly traded American companies. Includes financial information drawn from annual reports and Securities and Exchange Commission filings. Includes company addresses, phone numbers and executive names.

Investment Resources
- Blue Book of CBS Stock Reports - investment reports for more than 250 Canadian, public companies. Each report includes a company description, investment recommendations, recent developments and outlook, current performance, price outlook, statistical data and a five-year analysis of performance.
- DBRS Bond, Long Term Debt and Preferred Share Ratings - reports for Canadian companies that also include federal, provincial, and municipal ratings; a summary of most securitization issues for specified time periods; and industry studies
- DBRS Commercial and Short Term Debt Paper Ratings - reports for Canadian companies that also include federal and provincial ratings, securitization ratings, plus comparison ratios by industry
- Financial Post Investment Reports - current and historical data, investment recommendations, latest earnings and performance analysis for each of the top 500 Canadian, public companies
- ValueLine Investment Survey (U.S. Edition) - a weekly, independent investment advisory service with ratings and reports on 1,700 most widely traded U.S. stocks. Classified by industry. Industry profiles include full-page reports on companies in that industry.

Investment Newsletters
A strong collection of commercial investment newsletters, financial newspapers, and chart services, with a focus on Canadian materials. Major American sources are selectively included.
