LINC ( Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada)

LINC is a free program that provides English-language training to help newcomers achieve basic to high-intermediate levels of English proficiency.

LINC classes are available on a full-time and part-time basis. To be eligible, learners must be landed immigrants or convention refugees and 17 years of age or older. Once assessed for their level of English, LINC places students in the appropriate school and class.
