Thank you for participating in the Keep Toronto Reading One Book program
As part of Keep Toronto Reading 2008, we encouraged
all Torontonians to read Consolation by Michael Redhill.
Guests then participated in discussions and events
throughout the city about the book’s themes and issues.

Look for updates throughout the year about the 2009 One Book program - including the selection of our next One Book title.

Enter the Toronto Star Photo Contest

It was photography, specifically of 1850s Toronto, that inspired Michael Redhill to write his 2007 Toronto Book Award winning novel Consolation.

Media partner Toronto Star has launched a photography contest inspired by and in support of One Book. The best photos will be compiled in a spread in the March 2 issue of the Sunday Star.

For the complete contest details, visit Toronto Star's website .

Good luck to those who enter!
