Placing and Viewing Holds

If you get a "#HOnot defined" message when you place a hold, click the Back button and select a library branch from the Pickup at: list.

To place a hold:
1. Find an item that you want.
2. Click on the Place Hold button.
3. If you haven't signed in yet, you will be asked for your Library Card Number and PIN – the last 4 numbers of your telephone number.
4. Pick the branch where you want to pick up your hold.
5. Click on the Place Hold button.

 

To view your holds.
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Under the heading "Holds", you will see a list of everything you have on hold.
