Placing and Viewing Holds
If you get a "#HOnot defined" message when you place a hold, click the Back button and select a library branch from the Pickup at: list. |
| To place a hold: |
| 1. |
Find an item that you want. |
| 2. |
Click on the Place Hold button. |
| 3. |
If you haven't signed in yet, you will be asked for your Library Card Number and PIN – the last 4 numbers of your telephone number. |
| 4. |
Pick the branch where you want to pick up your hold. |
| 5. |
Click on the Place Hold button. |
| To view your holds. |
| 1. |
Sign in to your account. |
| 2. |
Under the heading "Holds", you will see a list of everything you have on hold. |
