Change Your Personal Information & Lost Cards

Notification Preference: Email or Phone
Notices are sent when you have holds that are ready for pickup or overdue items.*

You can choose to be notified by email or phone (but not both). To change your preference:
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click the Account Settings tab.
3. Under Notification Preference, select Email or Telephone.
4. If you choose Email notification, enter your email address (one address only, please).
5. Click Submit.

It may take up to 48 hours for a change to your preference to take effect.

*Some people have asked there is a way to be notified before an item becomes overdue. Unfortunately, this is not currently possible, but it's something we will investigate offering in future.

Change your PIN
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click the Account Settings tab.
3. Enter your current PIN and your new PIN (twice to avoid typos).
4. Click Submit.


If You Lose Your Library Card
Contact your local branch by phone or in person right away.
If reporting by phone, you will be asked to verify the information we have on record for you, e.g., name, address, date of birth, etc.
To get a new card you will need to bring acceptable name and current address identification on your next visit to the library. There is a $2.00 charge to replace an adult library card.
