Branch History


1982 Opened 9 September. Rented premises. Phillip H. Carter, Architect. Library-on-Wheels, established in 1973, merged with the new branch.
2002 Refurbished. Closed 25 June to 9 July.
2007 Hours open per week decreased on 8 January from 42 to 40.
2009 New hours, 14 September. Hours open per week increased to 50.5.
