Summary/Review: The world was becoming hard and dry, old and tired and difficult to live in... After the Meadowsweet family suddenly and unexpectedly find themselves at the bottom of a giant crack in the earth, they must trust in their mynah bird, Octavia, and a special seed to help them get back up to the surface.
