1964 Richview library, anticipated by the Township of Etobicoke Public Library Board to open in 1966, "will do much to ensure more adequate library service north of the Richview Side Road," (now Eglinton Avenue West).
1966 Officially opened by the Etobicoke Public Library Board, October 16. Building included a regional library and Etobicoke Public Libraries' administrative headquarters (administration, business office, technical services, publicity and promotion, branch maintenance, and bookmobile services).
