This culturally responsive program encourages youth to make informed and relevant decisions, and to promote positive choices in their lives. We provide language support in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Weekly topics may include

- Communication
- Decision Making
- Goal Setting
- Alcohol
- Coping Strategies/Marijuana
- Relationships
- Prescription Drugs
- Self Respect
- Risk taking / Social media

The Choices Program

- Provides a safe space for youth to learn refusal skills, positive coping strategies and practice new skills in a non-judgemental environment
- Staff and volunteers use behavior rehearsals, guest speakers, video clips, and interactive activities to illustrate weekly topics
