Join us for a seven-week series in Benjue Meditation, an easy-to-learn, non-sectarian, systematic mindfulness meditation method, uniquely combining features from many different Vipassana meditation schools and traditions in southeast Asia and the Chinese Zen meditation method but still keeping itself simple. Benjue Meditation uses bodily movement to generate self-awareness, and keeps it growing through a structured approach. The participants will learn a system of powerful mindfulness skills rather than fragments of techniques, which will help them to deepen the practice, cope with stress and navigate the challenges of today and the future.
