The four feathers

Summary/Review: Set at the end of the nineteenth century. With cannon fire igniting the North African skies, the British cavalry charges into battle to capture the strategic city of Khartoum. In the midst of the devastating carnage, a horrified officer resigns from his post. But he soon finds his shame is greater than his fear, and he returns to save his honor and the friends he betrayed at any cost.
