How to Submit Customer Comments

In accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (Ontario Regulation 429/07) Toronto Public Library welcomes your feedback in a variety of formats. We want to provide you with the best service possible. Customer feedback is given careful consideration in service planning. If you wish to submit a formal suggestion or concern or compliment about library service there are a number of options available:

  1. As a first step please speak to library staff in person or by telephone at any branch. At any time assistance can be received by calling Answerline staff at 416-393-7131, TTY 416-393-7030.
  2. After speaking with staff if you would still like to submit a formal comment in writing you can complete a paper or online customer feedback form. Paper forms are available at any library branch and an online customer feedback form is also available. Staff members can help you to record your comments on a customer feedback form on your behalf.
