The Book Lover's Ball 2007

Toronto Public Library Foundation's second annual gala fundraiser will assist in raising much-needed funds for the enhancement of Toronto Public Library and its priority needs. Proceeds from The Book Lover's Ball will go towards developing collections and services that promote reading and life long literacy.

The Book Lover's Ball will take place at the Liberty Grand on Thursday, February 15, 2007. Guests are encouraged to dress black tie or in costume, inspired by their favourite book title or character and will be privy to a fabulous cocktail reception in an old-fashioned library where they can mix and mingle with the Celebrity Authors in attendance. This will be followed by a divine dinner and a novel-inspired fashion show.

Celebrity Chef Authors will prepare an incredible menu from recipes published in their latest cookbooks. To further enhance the uniqueness of the event, an Author will be seated at each Sponsor's table during dinner.
