• look up dates, names, spellings, definitions, brief biographical or historical information
  
• check up to three titles in the Toronto Public Library catalogue
  
• check up to three years of a city directory for a single name or street address
• locate addresses/phone numbers for businesses, associations and government

You'll get an answer within 24 hours, or the next business day if you ask on a Sunday or holiday. All information you provide will be kept confidential.
