Every page on this Web site makes use of graphics for visual display and navigational pointers. However, all images that are designed to impart information or functional as navigational icons have ALT text tags that provide descriptions as to their purpose or functionality. Users with text-only or speech to text browsers should still find these pages legible. However, if you wish to have a text-only option for the Home Page, there is one.
